Zaahed Free Software License (ZFSL)

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

This Zaahed Free Software License (ZFSL) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Zaahed (the “Developer”) for the use of any software, indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), scripts, or code files (collectively, the “Software”) downloaded from zaahed.com.

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

  1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this License, the Developer hereby grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to:

      • Download and install the Software on any personal computer or MetaTrader terminal owned or operated by you.
      • Use the Software for personal trading, testing, and educational purposes.
  1. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

      • Commercial Exploitation: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
      • Redistribution: You may not re-upload the Software to other websites, forums, cloud storage platforms, or digital marketplaces. All distribution of the Software must point back to zaahed.com.
      • Modification and Renaming: You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, rename, or re-brand the Software to present it as your own work. The credit to “Zaahed” and links to “zaahed.com” must remain intact within the code and user interface of the Software.
  1. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

  1. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
